Good Morning Everyone, I decided to be proactive and look into the YubiKey situation before the lack of understanding it locked me out. I am assuming most of you have already received the Yubikey and installed the “MyID Self Service App” – If you haven’t installed the App I advise you to be in office when you do. If the APP is installed (remotely) and the YubiKey is not set up prior to your next computer restart you will be locked out and forced to come in and insert your yubikey into the PC (at least that is what happened to me). If you have your yubikey set up (created a pin in app) you can begin using it when you log in from home using remote desktop. You will need to begin using it soon anyway as the rollout timeline is apparently Mid-April so give it a try. The KEY is to have the Yubikey inserted into a USB on the remote PC as you are logging into the Remote Desktop Connection program at that point the options for the yubi key begin to show up – they will not appear until it is inserted. PDF Instruction (attached PDF page 6-7 – less detailed and didn’t really say to have Yubikey inserted) Video : QuickHelp™ - SaaS Learning Solution (23:20 is where the example of logging in with the Yubikey is shown) Best, Thomas Sokolowski P.S. Please FWD as needed and feel free to ask me if you have any questions…
