libmysql.dll is not included in this archive.

If you'll use the acarsd<->MySQL interface you should search for the libmysql.dll 
on your harddisc.
Copy (or make a shortcut) from this file into your acarsd folder and restart/start
acarsd. Now you can use the acarsd<->MySQL interface.
