Install acarsd under Windows and Linux (with X Interface)

Under Windows you can use the quickinstaller 'quickinstall.exe'
If you dont use the quickinstaller, please start the installation program

WINDOWS: installer.exe <return> (or Doubleclick within the Windows Explorer)
  LINUX: ./installer   <return>

First you have to set and create the folders for acarsd (see first menu)
Now you can change some settings. 
It you use the default values than acarsd will not start as server!

After setting/changing all options you should select the menuentry 'Write new acarsd.ini'
If this is done you can select 'Extract acarsd.cpr now' from the Extract to menu.

If everything is fine than all needed files are uncompressed to the selected folder.
Now you can close the installer (press alt-q) or use the mouse.

Please start acarsd with the following command (or doubleclick this file from your fileexplorer)
WINDOWS: acarsd.exe <return>
  LINUX: ./acarsd   <return>

On Windows there is only a GUI available. Under Linux you can choose between ncurses or GUI
If you habe an running X Server you can start acarsdgui after acarsd with the following
command:

  LINUX: ./acarsdgui -attach <return>

If you wish that acarsd comes directly with the GUI, please start acarsd with:

  LINUX: ./acarsd -g <return>

BUT NOTE: If you stop the GUI, acarsd is also stopped!
If you attach the GUI than you can STOP/START the GUI without stopping acarsd.

If you wish to start acarsd as daemon (server) with no output, you should enable these 
options in your acarsd.ini or you can use the commandlineswitches.

  LINUX: ./acarsd -s -c & <return>

acarsd will now fork into background. YOU CAN ATTACH THE GUI IF YOU WANT!
NOTE, THAT THE DAEMON OPTION DONT EXISTS IN THE WINDOWS VERSION OF ACARSD!

To see all available commandlineparameters, start acarsd with the following command:

WINDOWS: ./acarsd.exe -? <return>
  LINUX: ./acarsd -?     <return>
