Instructions for changing the ePO frame package:
Every machine needs to be logged on as admin via Remote Control 
Run this command ( Start > Run )
\\ssdcgssdist1\software\tivoli\FramePkg.exe /FORCEINSTALL /INSTALL=AGENT 
When the install is complete right click on the VS shield in the tray (bottom right) 
Select the Update Now... option 
When that completes successfully your done.
