Take your laptop and connect to the GPON Home gateway (WiFi)using these settings.
GPON Home Gateway
192.168.1.254
Username = userAdmin
Password = 7049614771

once logged in, use Web address
192.168.1.254

at the web page logon screen
username - AdminGPON
Password - EMP#FGU

Refer to the manual and look for setting that enables VOIP or Voice over IP.

In "Wan Networking" settings...
Make sure that "VOIP" is selected with "Internet".
