The first step in filling in a form is to select a template from the Template Book shown below. This is done as follows:
Select New in the toolbar.
A template can also be applied to an existing form, which is done by:
Select Apply Template… in the File menu.
A template can be selected directly from the list, or the name can be typed in the Type name or select from list input field above the list.
If a name is typed in the input field, only templates that match this name are shown in the list. Wildcards can be used in the name. An asterisk (*) is used to match zero or more characters, and a question mark (?) is used to match exactly one character.
The Show templates drop-list above the list can be used to show only personal templates in the list.
Column headers are shown at the top of the list. The list can be sorted by a given column by clicking on the header for that column. Additional clicks on the column header will reverse the sorting order. An arrow indicates that column the list is sorted by, and whether the elements are sorted in ascending or descending order.
