IRIS Forms can be configured to export form contents to a data consumer, such as a database or another system; this is done in the MDE Setup.
To export to a data consumer, do as follows. Please note that if the Export menu is disabled, then no data providers have been configured.
Select the data consumer from the Export submenu in the File menu.
