nv is an NEC4 input file viewer; it runs in DOS mode.
	nv INPUT_FILE

nov is an NEC4 output file viewer; it runs in DOS mode.
	NOV OUTPUT_FILE

n1200, n1400, and n1800 perform the analysis, with
	1200 segments, 1400 segments, and 1800 segments respectively

	When typing in the input and output filenames, do not include
	quotation marks (") to enclose a filename that contains spaces.
	Also, do not escape spaces in the filename with a backslash,
	as in unix.

	An example n1200 run follows:
