V1.2.3 May 2007 Bugfix: correct erroneous error message when editing a
repeater rule frequency
V1.2.2 May 2007 Add: ability to move 1 or more adjacent memories up or
down the grid using F11 and F12.
V1.2.1 Apr 2007 Add: alternative read
method which accommodates multiple data packets and delays when receiving data
from the serial port. Bugfix: correct error 9 when adding a new memory if
repeater rules not active.
V1.2.0 Mar 2007 Add: user-customised rules for automatic setting of
repeater shift direction and amount. Please read the Repeater Rules section for
special treatment of FT-847 repeater frequencies. Bugfix: correctly identify 'T
SQL' when importing VX-6 Commander .CSV files.
